Welcome to Wild Clothing Ltd. By using our website, placing an order, or uploading artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the latest version.

1. About Us

Wild Clothing Ltd is a South African clothing company that sells ready-made garments and provides an online design tool where customers can customise and print their own artwork onto selected items.

Our website has two areas:

Standard Shop – customers buy garments designed by Wild Clothing Ltd.

Design Studio – customers upload artwork and customise garments using our online tools.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

• Children aged 13–17 may use the design tool or website only with supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Children under 13 may browse but may not upload artwork or buy products.

3. Your Account (If You Register)

If you create an account:

You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

Any activity under your login will be treated as your own.

Notify us immediately if you believe someone has accessed your account.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated.

4. Your Designs and Uploaded Artwork

If you upload artwork, text, photos, or designs (“User Content”), you confirm that:

You own the content or have full permission to use it.

Your content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

Your content does not contain hate speech, pornography, illegal activity, harassment, or content involving minors.

Your content is safe to upload (no viruses, malicious code, etc.).

You remain the owner of your artwork.

By using the design tool, you grant Wild Clothing Ltd a non-exclusive licence to print the artwork on products you order and to store it for reorders. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

We may delete designs that violate these terms.

5. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Hack, disrupt, or interfere with the website.

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.

• Upload harmful code or attempt to access secured areas.

• Copy or reuse any part of the website’s software or design tools.

• Use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.

• We may suspend or block access if misuse occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All website text, images, logos, tools, design studio functionality, and content belong to Wild Clothing Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or modify any part of the website or design tool.

Your own uploaded designs remain your property.

7. Orders and Production

7.1 Standard Shop Orders

These are ready-designed items by Wild Clothing Ltd.

Orders are only confirmed once payment is successful.

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Colours may vary slightly due to digital screens and fabric differences.

• 7.2 Custom Design Orders

• When you upload artwork or use the design tool:

• You are responsible for the quality of your uploaded images.

• Pixelated, low-resolution, or poorly sized artwork may affect print results.

• Wild Clothing Ltd is not responsible for errors caused by user design choices.

• Once printed, custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Turnaround

• Delivery timelines will be shown at checkout.

• Delays caused by couriers, load shedding, or external factors are outside our control.

• Incorrect addresses supplied by customers may result in additional fees or delays.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 Standard Products

You may return unused, unworn items within 7 days in original condition, unless the item was printed or customised.

9.2 Custom Printed Products

No returns for custom designs unless:

• The product arrived damaged or faulty

• The print was materially different from the approved design

• A garment fault is confirmed before printing

We may request photos before approving a return.

10. User Galleries (If Enabled)

If you choose to publish your artwork in a public gallery:

• You grant Wild Clothing Ltd permission to display your design publicly.

• You may delete your artwork at any time.

• Wild Clothing Ltd may remove gallery items without notice if they violate our policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wild Clothing Ltd is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from misuse of the design tool

• Loss of profits or business interruption

• User-uploaded content violations

• Colour variations caused by screens or fabric

• Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding the order value, depending on the situation.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under South African consumer law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, design tool, or galleries if you breach these terms.
You may stop using the website at any time.

13. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and POPIA requirements.

Information may be used for:

• Order processing

• Account creation

• Marketing (if you opt in)

• Customer service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes will be handled by South African courts.
